What is included in the rental?

Supplying and installation of the Tank;  training of staff on the use of the Tank;  draining, cleaning, refilling and adding the chemical on a monthly basis.  All maintenance and repairs when/if necessary.

Is the chemical caustic?

No, the chemical is safe for workers.

What can ‘not’ be cleaned in the Tank?

Silver, wood,  plastic.

Can I put aluminium in the Tank?

Yes, the chemical is non-corrosive to aluminium.

How long must items remain in the Tank?

Soak time depends on the item.  It can be anything from between 15 minutes and 12 hours.  The items must then be removed and thoroughly  rinsed.  Items may also be returned to the solution if further soaking is required.

What happens if the Tank breaks down?

Contact your distributor and they will attend to the problem as soon as possible.

Will the solution kill bacteria?

The Tank System is heated to over 80 degrees Celsius, any bacteria will die in the chemical solution.
